FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS ACTION came an for hearing on the llth day of September, 1975, and the Court: having given full consideration to sII the evidence, finds and determinea: this Court haa ~urisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the re- lationship of husband and wife now exista between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. ~DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti- tioner, PAIrII~LA LYNNE GRAHAM, and the Respondent, MICHAEL GERALD G~RA~~AM, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the partiea and ~ each of them are forever freed from the obligations arising there- , ~ from. ~ ~ 2. AGREEI~NT. The separation and property settlement agree- ~ i ment executed by the parties on the llth day of September, 1975, ~ was_freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and under circumatances that appear from the evidence to be for the best interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is ~ incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties are ~ ordered to comply with all the terms of the agreement. ~ , ~ 3.
