This cause coming on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion
to Assess and Approve Costs and the Husband's Objections to
Assessment of Costs and the Court havinq heard argument of
counsel for the respective parties and being fully advised in
the premises, it is therefore "
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Assess and Approve
Costs be and the same is hereby granted, and the costs herein
are hereby assessed at $168 against the Husband.
