THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Plaintiffs' Motion for
Order Compelling Discovery arrd Assessing Attorney's Fees and Costs,
and the Court having heard the argument of counsel and being duly
advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants shall have ten (10j
days from the date of this Order to admit or deny Plaintiffs• requests
for admissions Nos. 6, 7 and 9. Defendants' objections to Plaintiffs'
request for admissians Nos. 3, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 are
sustained. `
