THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the joint petition of
Plaintiff and Defendant for continuance, based upon the death of the
wife of one of the State's appraisers, the Court being advised that
there are no objections to the continuation, it is,
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that trial in this action for Parcel
100, set for 9:00 o'clock A.M. September 15, 1975, be, and it is here-
by, continued. -
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said cause shall be
rescheduled for trial upon motion of either party and/or the Court's
setting this cause for trial.
