BEFORE ME this day personally appeared C. Trent Ebner, _
also known.as Claude Trent Ebner, who after first beinq duly
sworn did depose and say:
1. He is one of the mortqagors of that certain mortgage
to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce
dated July 11, 1975, recorded in O.R. Book 241, page 2177.
2. The above described mortgage secures a loan for the
oriqinal construction of improvements on the above described
rea]. property . ~
3. The improvements situate on the above described real
property are presently unoccupied and previous to the commence-
ment of the construction, the above described real property was
unoccupied. ~
4. The said real property is not now nor has it ever been
- the homestead of anyone whomsoever.
I 5. John R. Rell, a previous owner of subject property,
~ is a married adult.
