ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on September 8, 1975 at 3:15 P.M. on
Plaintiff's Motion and Order to Show Cause entered April 17, 1974 by the
Honorable Wallace Sample, and Plaintiff's Motion to Set Bond of the Receiver,
Bernard Rubin, and the Motion of the Receiver to Obtain Attorneys to Represent
Aim, and the Court being duly advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the bond of the Receiver is set at $50,000.00,
which bond shall be approved by the Court itself. Upon approval of the bond the
Defendants and each of them shall im~ediately proceed to comply with the terms
of the Final Judgment entered by the Court on August 17, 1973, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Receiver shall make reports to this Court
on a calendar basis, month by month, said report to be filed with the Court on
~~or before the lOth day of each month, it ia further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGBD that the Receiver is herebq authorized to employ
counsel, vhich ceunsel shall be independent of the counsel representing either
~ fthe Pl~intiff or Defendants herein, it is further

' ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the hearing on the Notion and Order to Show

~ Cause entered by the Court on April 17, 1974 by the Honorable Wallace Sample
~
pertaining to the contempt of the Defendants is hereby postponed until further
Order of the Court; at which time the Court will consider same on Motion by eith
~ party advising the Court to set a date with notice to all parties.
~ DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this
