Before me, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared
8$RM TILLMAN, who, being duly sworn says that he is the President
of BFACH CLUB COLONY CONDOMINIt~I ASSOCIATION, INC. , a Florida
not-for-profit corpora~;c~n, said corporation being the Lienor herein,
and th~ address of which is c/o Loren Smoyer, Apartment 102, Building
B, Beach Club Colony, Jensen Beach, Florida 33457, and that in
accordance with Article VII of that certain instrument entitled
"Declaration of Condominium of Beach Club Colony Condominium Apartments",
said instrument being recorded in Official Records Book 211, Page 798,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said Association is
entitled to a lien upon each apartment for any unpaid assessments
relating to common expenses: Said Association naw, therefore, claims
a lien on the follawing unit in the aforesaid Condaminium in St. Lucie

Unit 202 of BEACH CLUB COLONY CONDOMINIUM APARTI~NTS,
a condominium, Building No. A., according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof dated January

of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The owner of said Unit, JACK MEYER CONSTRUCTION CORP, having failed
to pay the assessment for the months of July 1, 1974 to July 1, 1975
in the amount of Five Hundred Forty($540.00) Dollars, for which
amount this lien is claiuned.
This is an Amended Claim of Lien to correct the name of the
