1. Pursuant to the previous order of this court ~

dated September 3, 1975, Charlea R, P. Brown is appointed

Special Master. Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, of~"the previous order s
of this court, dated September 3, 1975, are amended to read ~

2. The Special Master appointed by this Court be,
and is hereby, granted authority to make a determination of
fact as to any claim of any person or business furnishing labor,
materials and/or services to any of the job site~ enumerated in
Paragraph 8 of Plaintiff's Complaint in Case No. 75-607-CA and
Lot 23, Block .199, South Fort St. Lucie Section 15, which claim
might be submitted by any of the interested parties in these con-
solidated causes on the following issues:`. ~
A. Date of commencement of furnishing of
labor, materials, and/or services to
each job site.
" B. The dollar amount of the labor, materials,
and/or services furnished to each job site.
C. The last date on which labor, materials, ;

D. The amount paid to the said person or
business furnishing labor, materials,

~ GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and/or
