3. The Spec iaY Master, as soon as possible after the
date of this order, shall give notice in writing to all parties
in these consolidated causes of the dates and places where he shall
hold his hearings. The Special Master shall complete~his hearings
and submit to the court a written report setting forth his findings
' within sixty (60) days of the date of this order. He shall furnish
i
; copies of his report to all parties. The Special Master, within =
~
f ten (10) days of the date of this order, shall file with the court
~
~ a formal written acceptanCe of appointment.
4. The Special Master in his d iscretion shall establish
a schedule for the appearance for the various parties so as to
facilitate the convenience of all concerned.
