This cause came on for trial the 16th daq of September, ~

1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parites; and that the marriage between the parties is ~
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM
J. MILLER and CHRISTINE MILLER be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and e~ch of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefram.
I 2. RESTORATION OF NAME . CHRISTINE 1~IILLER be and she is
' hereby authorized to assume her former name of CHRISTINE GAIL STANTON and

~ to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
~ 3, JURISDIGTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
