THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 16th day of September,
A.D. 1975,~and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction
of the parties and sub~ect n~atter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows :
1. The marriage between EMILIE GLINTON and LLOYD GLINTON
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~ heretofore existin~ between them and from the obligations

i arising therefrom.
~ 2. Each of the parties is hereby e n~oined and restrained

from interferin~ with, harassing or annoying, the other. ~

_ 3• Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
