September, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration
to all the evidence; finds and determines: This Court has
3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should d~ dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDBR$D AND ADJUDGSD as Follows:
l. DI330LUTION OF 1dARRIAGTs. The marriage between
CHURVA P. B~sND$K and CHARLFS A. BSNDSR be and the saine is
hereby dissolved, and the parties aad each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existiag
between them aad from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. R13STORATION OF NAMS. CHUAVA P. B$ND$R be and
she is hereby authorized to assume her maiden name of CHiniVA
P. ZITTSit and to use the same ia all respects as if said
' marriage had not intervened.
