his wife, the owners and holders of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness
secured thereby, executed by LAWRENCE L. TERRY and FRANCFS N. TERRY, his

page 258, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, enc~anbering real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows: ~
