NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 16th day
of September, 1975, by the above-named Plaintiff against the
above-named Defendants, seeking to foreclose a mechanic's
lien and an equitable lien on the following described
real property lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit: ~
AREA NO. 3: Commencing at the intersection of the
North right-of-way of Ixoria Avenue and the West
riqht-of-way of U-.S. Highway No. l, said point of
intersection lying 7 feet West of the SE corner of
Lot 44, of MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT ONE, according -
to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at
~ page 55, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, run West along the South line of said Lot
I 44 a distance of 627.34 feet to the point of begin-
~ ning. From the point of beginning, continue West
~ 123.0 feet to a point; thence run North 129.5 feet to
a point on the North line of said Lot 44; thence run
~ East alonq the said North line 123.O~feet to a point;
thence run South 129.5 feet to the point of beginning.
~ AREA NO. 4: Commencing at the intersection of the
~ North right-of-way of Ixoria Avenue and the West
~ right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 1, said point of
~ intersection lying 7 feet West of the SE corner
~ of Lot 44, in MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT ONE, according
s to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, at
~ page 55, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
` Florida, run West alonq the South line of said Lot
~ 44 a distance of 750.34 feet to the point of begin-
; ning. From the point of beginning continue West 125.5
~ feet to a point; thence run North 129.5 feet to a
~ point on the North line of said Lot 44; thence run
East along said North lot line 125.5 feet to a point;
~ thence run South 129.5 feet to the point of beginning.
