31~'0.13 AGREEMENT

This Agreement confirming a b~lance and acknowledging advance `
of money for protection.of mortgaged property impmvements, enter~d into
between the undersigned parties herein referred to as DICKSONS and BRYANTS.
WNEREIIS, there is a need to repair items on the premises and
in order to protect the interests of both parties and,
WNEREAS, the mortgagees have advanced additional funds for
other repai rs , and ~
WNEREAS, both parties are in agreement that the balance Na;~able
including the original mortgage balance and today's advancement, thereupon
parti es confi rm the -new ba~l ance to be ~.2 ,959',98 as the unpai d bal ance of
mortgage and note dated June 1, 1960 payable to YOUNG D, OICKSON and ESTELLE
DICKSON, his wife; 9~ interest annually shall attach on all sums from_time to
time owing with first payment of ~60.00 per mon:h ~to begin on October 5, 1975,

and continue on same day of each like succeeding month thereafter until the
whole sun shall be fully paid, instrunent in OR Book 166, Pg. 486, St. Lucie
(County, Florida_public records, above property.
