5. The plaintiff has a lien to secure the payment
of the above itemized sum against the followinq property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 8, Block "8" of Ponce de Leon Park Subdivison, -
Unit number two, recorded in Plat Book 11, page 23,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The lien of the Plaintiffs is prior, paramount and superior
to all rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and
equities of the defendants and all persons, firms or corpor-
ations clai.ming by, through or under the defendants or any
Ij of them and the property will be sold free and clear of

t any claims of the defendants.
