THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 16th day of September, 1975,

and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, €
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; tha~ the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
IT IS T~RSFOR ORDERED as follows: ~
1. The Default against the Wife entered by the Clerk af this .
Court on September 3, 1975 is ratified and confirmed.
