FINAL JUDGMBNT -DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial Seutember 17, 1975, and the Court
having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has j urisdiction of the parties and sub3 ect
matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband wife now
exists.between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between R. VANCE
SMITH and VIVIAN JEANE SMITH be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of VIVIAN DENISE SMITH and JOHN NEAL

SMITH, the minor children, is hereby awarded to R. VANCE SMITH with
; reasonable visitation rights reserved to VIVIAN JEANE SMITH.
~ 3. PROPERTY. The Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby
~
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to compZy
with the provisions thereof.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
