FINAL JUD(~NT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGB
- This cause came on for trial this 16th day of September, 1975, and the
Court having given full consideration to aD.the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; tha
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERSD ANQ,ADJUDGSD as follovs:
i 2. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LOUIS JOHNSON snd
CORINF B. JONNSON be an3 the same is herebq dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existin
between them and fram the obligations arising therefrom.
2. ALIMONY. Co~encing the lst day of October, 1975, LOUIS JOHNSON
shall pay to CORINE B. J~HNSON the sum of $80.00 on the 15th and lst of every ~
month t:~ereafter for the support of the wife named above. Esch payment shall
_ be made to the Clerk of this Court and by hin remitted promptly to CORINE B.
JOHNSON. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutorp co ts

i to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. A11 payments shall be made in ca h,

~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parttes are ordered to keep the

~ Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all t s
~ while this order is in effect.

~ 3. RESTRAININC ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and res-
~ trained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $300.00 to be rea-

sonable for the wife's attorneq for his services herein and LOUIS JOHNSON is

g ordered to pay said att6rney said sum together with costs herein assessed at
