ASSIGNMENT OF A.'2TICLES OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MTN BY THESfi PRESBNTS that I, ROB~;RT L. DRUMM, party
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100
Dollars, and other valuable considerations, received from or on
behalf of GEN$ C. DRUMM, party of the second part, at or before
the ensealinq and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledqed, do hereby qrant, bargain, sell, assign.
transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a
certain Articles of Aqreement bearinq date the 7th day of September,
A. D., 1971, made by and between Robert L. Drumm~ and Gene C. Drumm,
his wife, parties of the first part, and Donald E. Reagan and Bula M.
~ Reagan, his wife, parties of the second part, and recorded in
z W Official Record Book 195, page 1766, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel of
y~ land, situate and being in said County and State, to-wit:
