ASSIGNMENT OF ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PR$SENTS that I, ROBERT L. DRUMM, party
of the first part, in consideration of the swa of Ten and 00/100
Dollars, and other valuable considerations, received from or on
behalf of GEN$ C. DRUI~i, Party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby qrant, barqain, sell, assiqn,
transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a
certain Articles of ~Agreement bearing date the 26th day of March,
A. D., 1974, made by and between Robert L. Drumm and Gene C. Drumm~,
his wife, parties of the f.irst p~rt, and Jerry W. Corsaut ansi Sandra
F. Corsaut, his wife, parties of the.second part, and recorded in
Official Record Book 227, page 1599, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and corrected by that certain Articles of Agreement
bearinq date the 27th day of August, 1974, recorded in Official
