Recorda of St. Lucie County~, Florida.

at O.R.. Book 238 , Paqe 2516 of the Public Recorda of St. Lucie
County, Flor

~BERBAS, parties hereto desire ~o modify, amend and chanqe
some of the terme and provisiona of said Mortqage in order that it
may set forth the true, complete and intended aqreement between the
parties;
NONT, THERSFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
herein contained.the parties do hereby aqree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before
the first day of Februa 1974 and the final monthly payment is shown
to be due on or be~ore t e ist d~ty of Janu 1999, Mortqagors and
Mortgagee are desirous of amendinq the f rst payment due date to
Februa 1975 and amending the final payment due date to January,
000 at N c~i time the entire outstandinq rematning princ pa a ance ~
s a be paid in full. -
Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terme, covenants,
conditions and provisiona of the note and mortgaqe dated July 18, 1973,
shall remain in full force and effect.
This aqreement shall be bindfnq upon and enure to the benefit
of the partiea~hereto, their respective successors, heira and assi
