This cause came on to be heardAupon the Defendants' _
motion to compel answers pursuant to interrogatories propounded
to the Plaintiffs under the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
Counsel for the respective parties were present and the court
having heard the argument of each counsel, it is hereby;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Defendants' motion to compel the answers
to interrogatories is hereby granted. •
2. That the answers to the interrogato~ies as pro-
pounded by the Defendants shall be filed by the Plaintiffs no
' later than 5:00 p.m. September 19, 1975 with the Clerk of the

~ Circuit Court. ~
i 3. Upon the failure of the Plaintiffs to supply the
i .
~ answers as required, the Defendants shall have the right to submit
' an Ex Parte Motion and Order which shall dismiss the Plaintiffs'
cause of action.
