the Counter-Claim and the Court having heard argument of counsel and being
otheiwise fully advised in the premises, it is
CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGID:
1. Plaintiffs' Motion to Dismiss the Counter-Claim be and the same is ~
hereby denied.
2. The Court finds that the holders of those two judgments covering the
subject property to wit: 0. J. Pawell and E. C. Coll.~ns, Jr. and the Little
River Bank and Trust Company should be made a party defendants to this a ction
and it is ordered that the plaintiff shall have leave to add said parties as -
; party defendants to this action.
3. Plaintiffs are given twenty days leave to answer the counter-claim
