In oonsideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideratw~ which I/we have received, 1/we a~d those hoiding th~ou~ me/u; grant and give to Florida 3a
Power & Light Company and its sua~rs and assigns an easement for the oonstruction, operation and main- ~
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys. cab~es, conduits, transformer enclowres and ~
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to pemnit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear ali trees, bnish and undergrowth o~ other obstructions
ttnat might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and acxoss my/our property desc~ibed
as follows;
The easement more paxticularly described as the East 36 feet of the
following described property:
The East of the Southeast ~ of the Southeast ~ of the Northeast ~
of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, containing five (5)
acres or less, St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this easement granted herein be adjacent to
and parallel with the East line.of Section 19, Township 35 SoutYl,
'i-• Range 40 East~ St. Lucie County, Florida.

i By acceptance of this easement herein granted, Florida Power & Light
~ Company does hereby release, quit claim and remise all rights, title
and interest in that certain easement dated September 10, 1926 and
recorded in Deed Book 74, page 232~ Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, as it pertains to the above described property.
