FINAL JUDG~NT This cause came on regularly for trial before the Court sitting without a 3ury on September 10; 1975, for the purpose of determining damages. An Interim Order was entered by this Court on the 4th day of June, 1975, determining that liability was in favor of the plaintiff, DUANE W. HUCK, and against the defendant, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation. On July 3, 1975, the plaintiff announced by letter his intentian to proceed under Count I of his Complaint which is the Count seeking money d~mages. Spencer B. Gilbert appeared as attorney for the plaintiff, i ~ and Ben L. Bryan, Jr., appeared as attorney for the defendant; and ~ i ~ the Court having heard testimony and having examined the proofs ~ - ~ offered by the respective parties, and the Court being fully advised ~ in the premises, and having stated its findings of fact and conclusions ~ i ' ~ ~ of law for the record, and having directed that a judgment be entered ~ ~ in accordance therewith, as follows: ~ 1. For the Bristol house - $3,019.36 ~ 2. For the Meadowbrook t~ouse-19,559.39 ~ 3.
