ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff, DUANE W. R[TCK, recover
from the defendant, GENERAL DEVELOP'I~NT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, the sum of Forty-One Thousand 7~o Hundred Seventy-Four
Dollars and Four Cents ($41,274.04), with his costs in the sum of
$387.05, for which let execution issue.
ti IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in the event the defendant,
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, elects to
appeal this 3udgment that a supersedeas be and the same is hereby
granted upan the defendant-appellant posting a good and sufficient
supersedeas bond in the sum of Forty-three Thousand ($43,000.00)
Dollars, and conditioned as provided by law, and this cause is stayed
pending the determination on appeal.
