DURABLE FAMILY PO~WER OF ATTORNEY ~
IQ+TOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, EDITH L. BUItKE,
of 2023 St. Lucie Boulevard #30, Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby
appoint my husband, CIARENCE W. BURKE, as my attorney, for me and
in my name, to ask, demand, sue for, collect, recover arid receive
al.l sums of money, debts, dues, accounts, interests, dividends
and demands whatsoever as are now or shall hereafter become due,
owing, payable or belonging to me, and have, use and take all

thereof, and acquittances or other sufficient discharges for the
same, for me_and in my name, to make, seal and deliver, bargain,

indentures, agrQements, mortgages, hypothecations, bills, bonds,
notes, checks, receipts, evidences of debt, reZeases and satis-
. £actions of mortgages, judgments and other debts, and such other
instruments in writing, of whatever kind or nature, as may be

necessary or proper in the premises. -
Giving and granting unto my husband, CLARENCE W. BURKE,
said attorney, full power and autharity to do and perform all and
every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done
