MODIFICATION AGREEMENT i
~ THIS MODIFICATION AGREEMENT, made this 12_ day of~
September , 19_, between INDIAN RIVER FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
~ LQAN ASSOCIATION, a United States corporation, hereinafter called

~ Mortgagee, and Lewis C. Matzin~er and Doris G. Matzin~er, his wife

~ hereinafter called Mortgagor ,WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a mortgage to Mortg~gee on
~ property described in said mortgage, which mortgage is dated
~ April 2, 1975 , and~recorded April 8, 1975 ,

~ in Official Record Book 238 , page 79=, public records of

o St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage secures a
~ ~
~ note dated April 2, 1975 , in the original pxincipal sum of
$ 27,000.00 , and which note provides for monthly install-

~ ments of $ 221.98 , beginning on the lst day of August

~ , 19 ?5 , and further provides that any remaining indebt-

~ edness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on the ls~

~ WHEREAS, it is the desire of alI parties hereto that the

payment dates as recited in said note be changed;

` ~ NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable considerations, it is

; hereby mutually agreed that the abovementioned note be reformed to

~ the extent that the first monthly installment is due-and payable on '

the lst day of November , 19 75 , and further that any
remaining indebtedness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable '
on the lst day of October 2000 _ "
The parties hereto further covenant and agree that all terms
and conditions of said mortgage and ra te dated April 2, ,
19 75 , shall remain in full force and effect and that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the terms
or conditions, lien or encumbrances of said mortgage and note other
than as expressly stated in this Agreement.
