This cause came on to be heard before me upon the sworn _
Petition of LAWRENCE KANZER, executor of the Estate of JOSEPHINE
B. DAMLER, a/k/a JOSEPHINB C. DAMLER, and Guardian of the property
of SALLY C. DAMLER and GLORIA C. DAMLER, the two minor daughters
~ of Decedent, and her sole heirs at law, and the sw~orn petition
of W. JEAN PARKS, Guardian of the persons of said minors, for
entry of an Order of Administration Unnecessary and it appearing
to the Court that the assets of the estate.will be ample to pay
all debts of the estate after transfer of assets to a Guardianship
Case_also assigned to this Court( Case No. 75-2460), and it appearing
that the averments of the sworn petition are true and no material
facts have been concealed and that tYie estate is entitled to an
Order of Admiiiistration Unnecessary, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
2. That the aggregate value of the estate( even before
payment oF bills) does not exceed $10,000.00, and administration
of the Estate is not necessary.
2. That the following described real property is owried
by SALLY C. DAMLER and GLORIA C. DAMLER, minors, as sole heirs
~ at law of their mother, Decedent, each owning an undivided one- ~
half interest in same as tena~s in com~non. .
Lots 21 and 12, B lock 447 of Port St. Lucie, sectinn
" - - 10, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Hook 12, Pg. 49, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County,Florida
3. That a 1967 Camaro Chevrolet-ID-124677N222055 auto
owned by Decedent at her death shall be transferred by authorizing
and d.recting the Florida Stat~ Motor Vehicle Comnissiioner to
transfer title and registration from Decedent to LAy1RENCE KANZER
as Guardian of the Property of SALLY C. DAMLBR and GLORIA C. DAMLER.
