and the Court having heard argument of counsel and upon considera-
tion, it is,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that defendants'Motion for Relief from
Default Judgment be, and the same is hereby granted, and that
defendants shall have ten days from September 22, 1975 to file
their responsive pleadings.
