BERNICE ALBERT WHEELER,
Husband and Wife.
~ FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause cominc; on,tobe heard uoon the verified petition
for Adoption filed in this cause by the Petitioners, PANSY CLEO
WHEELER and BERNICE ALBERT WHEELER, Husband and Wife, and the
Consent by the natural mother for the adoption of this child by
her Husband, BERNICE ALBERT WHEELER, and it apnearinq to the Court
that the said child was born out of wedlock to the Petitioner,
PANSY CLEO WHEELER, and as such, consented to this adoption by her
Husband. The Court has determined that the Petitioner, BERNICE
ALBERT WHEELER, is a~fit andproper person to adopt the minor child,
namely,BRENDA JEAN AERRY, and that the best interests of the child
will be oromoted by the adoption, and that the child is suitable
for adontion by the Petitioner, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child, known as BRENDA
i JEAN BEF$Y, is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner,
BERNICE ALBERT WHEELER, and is hereby given the name of BRENDA
JEAN WHEELER, by which name she shall hereafter be known; that said
child, upon entry hereof, is and shall be hereafter the child and
legal heir of the Petitioner, BERNICE ALBERT WHEELER, and entitled ~
to all rights_and privileges and subject to all obligations the
same as though she were a natural born child of the Petitioner,
BERNICE ALBERT WHEELER.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Flqrida, this
