THIS CAUSE having been brought before this Court on
Defendant's motion to transfer the cause of action due to
improper venue, and arguments of counsel being heard, and it
being determined by this Court that the parties shall submit
~ testimony in support of their respective positions regarding
sa~d motion, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties present testimony
in support of their positions with regard to said motion to trans-
fer venue at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, the 21st day of August=, 1975,
or as soon thereafter as same can be heard. ~
