Zhis agreement made this 26th day of August , 1975, by and betveen
Florida Pawer b Light 6ompany (hereinafter called FPL), a Florida corporation,
and General Development Corporstion (hereinafter called GDC), a Delaware corpora-
tion.
Whereas GDC in its deed to FPL dated the 20th day of December, 1971,

recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 1040, of the public records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida, did reserve certain easesnents and

Now therefore in consideration of benefits accruiag to each, the
parties agree as follova:
1. FPL hereby graats to GDC, its successors and assigns, an easement for
road rights-of-way, canals and drainage, 100 feet in width, the centerline of -

2. FPL agrees that it will, upon request, join with GDC in dedicating
to the public the easement described above. .
3. GBC does hereby release and quit claim to FPL, its successors and
assigns, easement mimmbez 11 in said deed, the centerline of which is more
particularly described a~ follows:
Begin at a point on the South line, 1732 feet west of
the East Iine Section 17, Township 36 South, Range 40
East; run N 11° 07' 06"fi., 335.96 feet; thence run
N 00° 18' 36"W., 330 feet to the point of ending,
St. Iucie County, Florida.
