In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Gompany of 51.00 and other good and
valuable oonsideration which 1/we hanre reoeived, I/we and those holding through meJus, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wocesson and assigns an easement fo~ the oonstniction, operation and main- ;
te~anoe of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guy~, cables„ oonduits, transformer enciowres and (
~purtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to reconstnict, imp~ove, add to, change
the size of o~ remove wch facilities or a~y of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all treesr brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property describxed
