EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS j
THIS EASEMENT, made this ~_day of September, 1975, ,
between TAYLOR CREEK ?iARINE, INC., a Florida corporation,
Grantor, and ARTHUR P. BYAL and PATRICK B. LALLY, Grantee;
WITNESSETH: That Grantor, in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable

considerations paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants unto Grantee, its successors and assigns,
a permanent non-exclusive easement and right of way for ~
ingress and egress in., upon, an3 through the following described
lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The South 50 feet of ~he West 110.4 £eet of land
owned by Grantor as described in deed from Robert V.
Rasmussen to Grantor dated 20 March, 1973 and recorded
~ in O. R. Book 213, page 966, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
The purpose of this Easement for Ingress and Egress
is to provide grantees, their servants and invitees, access
to and from that certain property described in that certain
deed from-Robert V. Rasmussen to grantees which deed is
recorded in O. R. Book 213, page 968, public records of St.
