cution and Suspend Proceedings, and to Consolidate this action with Case
No. 75-413-CA, of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Martin
County, Florida, by counsel for ESTHER L. NADLER and for the Plaintiff in
this action, hereby denies a11 of the aforesaid motions of the Intervenor,
