FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
. This cause came on for trial September 23, 1975 and the
Court having~given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
,
the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~
wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between ~
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
;
is thereupon ;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Default heretofore entgred by the Clerk of =
~
this Court against the Wife, LINDA ANN CROOKE,~be and the same
is hereby approved, ratified and confirmed.
2. The marriage between JACK OWEN CROOKE, JR. and .
LINDA ANN CROOKE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed f_rom the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
3. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
