FII~L JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 23rd day of September,
1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows:
l. The marriage between WILLIAM D. THOMAS and JANIT V.

! THOMAS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
~
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
- heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~ therefrom. .
2. Custody of MICHAEL SI~NNON THOMAS and KEVIN DONALD THOMAS,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to JANIT V. THOMAS,
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved-to WILLIAM D. THOMAS. ~

~
~ 3. Commencing the lst day of October, 1975, WILLIAM D. THOMAS
~
~
~ shall pay to JANIT V. THOMAS the sum of ~o Hundred ($200.00) Dollars
~
~ each and every month for the support of the children named above.
