ORDER
This matter coming on to be heard after Notice upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for an Order to compel discovery, and the
Defendant having failed to appear, and the Court having reviewed
the file and otherwise being advised in the prem~se's, it is
hereby
ORDERED that the Defendants properly respond to the Plain- '
i tiff's interrogatories within twenty (20) days of the entry of this
I~ Order. It is further

ORDERED that in the event the Defendants fail to respond

~ properly, the Court, upon application of the Plaintiff, will enter

~ a default judgment against the Defendants. It is further
ORDERED that the Plaintiff does have and recover the sum of
Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) as attorneys' fees for the hearing
on the Motion to Compel due to the Defendants' failure to answer
~ said interrogatories as propounded to them. ~
