~ This matter coming on to be heard after notice, and the Court, _
in absence of the Respondent, having heard testimony of the I

Petitioner, and otherwise being advised in the premises, it is ~

ORDERED that the temporary custody of the couple's minor ;
child WILLIAM JOHN WYCKOFF, is awarded to the Wife; it is further

~ ORDERED that the Husband is hereby restrained from coming
about, annoying, harming, or molesting the Wife or child or
further attempting to forceably move the minor child from the
State of Florida. It is further
ORDERED that all and singular the Sheriffs of this State are
,
i directed to enforce the terms of this Order~regarding the Husband
~
i being restrained from coming about, annoying, harming, or molest-
ing the Wife or child, or further attempting to remove the minor
~ child from the State of Florida; and should violation occur in the
presence of that officer or his appointed Deputy, he is directed
to take the Husband into custody and bring him before the Court.
