WELTHA CRANSTON, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says : .
1. That she was the natural daughter of ChristopheY T. Hart
and the step-daughter of I.eota G. Hart.
2. That there appears of record in the Office of the County
Clerk of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Deed Book 229, at page 28,
a certain Warranty Deed conveying the following described real estate
in said County and State to ChristopheY T. Hart and Leota G. Hart,
which real estate is described as follows, to-wit:
Lot Numbered Ten (10), Block Numbered Nineteen (19), Unit
Numbered Three (3), Lakewood Park, St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Your affiant further says that the said Christopher T. Hart
~.and Leota G. Hart were married in the month of Rebruary, 1946 and .
lived together as husband and wife from that time until the date of
death of the said Leota G. Hart on January 20, 1974. The said Leota
G. Hart died a resident of Steuben County an the State of Indiana.
4. Your affiant further says that Christopher T. Hart and
i Leota G. Hart were married on the date of acquisition of the above

chain of title to the above described real estate.
6. As evidence of the death of the said Leota G. Hart, a
