WITNESS~TH: That on September 5, 1975, upon the petition
of the party of the first part, the Honorable William G. Tye,
Acting Circuit Judge in and for St. Lucie County, ordered the
party of the first part to sell the lands of said STANLEY A. ~
KENDUST, deceased, for the purpose of paying debts and making
~distribution; that subsequent to the granting of said order, the
party of the first part agreed to sell said lands to the parties
of the second part for $30,000.00.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing and in
; further consideration of the sum of $8,700.00, together with a -

{ Purchase Money Mortgage in the sum of $21,300.00, receipt of which

~ is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part has sold and -
conveyed, and does hereby sell and convey unto the said J. PATRICK
BEACOM and ROBERm M. JERNIGAN, their heirs and assigns, all that ~
