Court and the parties through their counsel have filed a
written stipulation agreeing to the amount in controversy;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs, R. E. ROSE
and MARY ROSE, his wife recovery from the defendants, MAC'S '

CLEARING SERVICE, INC., a Florida corporation, BRIAN K. McCARTY ~
III and DAWNA G. McCARTY, his wife the sum of $16,147.50 plus :
court costs in the amount of $42.50 plus a reasonable attorney's
