AGREEMENT between SHAWNES GROVES, H~ader Canal Road, St.
Lucie Coufnty. Florida (SELLTR) and ST, LUCIE PACKING CORPORATION,
1900 Old Diaie Highw~y. Fort Pierce, Fla. (BUYFR):
1. SELLER agrees to aell and BUYER agreee to buq good.

All the red and white grapefruit of the 1975-76 ?
crop on the Shawnee Groves. Header Canal Road, '
in Blocka 1, 5, 7A, 7B~ 4~ 14. 15. Aangar Block, ~
and ~riangle Block, etcluding June bloam. This,
contract doea not include young tree plantings;
purchase price on the white grap efruit is $1.55 ;
per field box on tree, and on the red grapefruit -3
is $2.05.
2. RIGHT TO SELL: SELLER covenants, warrants and represents ~
that he has good title ta the fruit, that the fruit ia
free from all mortgages, liene and other incumbrancee
and that SELLER has the lawful right to sell the fruit
and to authorize its picking and removal. The peraon(e)
signing this agreement,represent that they have the
authority to do eo.
3. BUYER ahall have the right at all reaeonable and normal
times to enter the grove to pick and remove the fruit. ~J

interference by organized labor, lockouts. quarantines, ~
enbargoea, weather or conditione beyond the cvntrol of ti"~p~:~ _

7. ADVANCE AGAINST PURC~iASE PRICE: SELLER acknowledges
zeceipt of BUYERS check in the amount of $1,000.00 as
an advance against Che purchase price. BUYER will
deduct this advance feom papment due SELLER. .
8. Paq~?ent is to be ~de t~ithin thirty days after the fruit
has been picked. " '
9. Fr_uit is to be picked and delivered at the discretion .
of St. Lucie Packing Corporation, provided however, aIl '
fruit in Blocks l~ Hangar and Triangle shall be harveated ~
on or before May 1, 1976; and all fruit in Blocka 5, 7A,
7B, 4, 14, and 15 ahall be harvested on or before
.Tune 1, I976.
