MARGUERITE ADELLE COOP, Wife
FINAL JUDGMLNT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 24th day of September, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and sub~ ect matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
~ the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. The marriage between LEIGH COOP and MARGUERITE ADELLE COOP
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore exist-
ing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. The Separation Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply
with the provisions thereof.
3. MARGUERITE ADELLE COOP be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her maiden name of MARGUERITE ADELLE PUCKERIN and to use the
same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
