S T I P U L A T I O N
COMES now Plaintiff, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, and Defendant, EASE COAST LUMBER
AND SUPPLY COMPANY, by and through their undersigned attornies
and stipulate and agree that the claim of lien of EAST COAST
LUMBER AND SUPPLY COMPANY, encumbering the real property recited
in the plaintiff's amended complaint is inferior and subbrdinate
to the first mortgage lien of First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, and the defendant,~EAST COAST
LUMBER AND SUPPLY COMPANY, does hereby further stipulate and
-
agree that it makes no claim upon the ~100,000.00 escrow
funds presently in the hands of the Receiver, Frank Harris.
Both parties further agree~that the Court, without notice
to either party, may approve this stipulation,
