THIS CAUSE came on for trial this Z~ d~y of Sep-
tember, 19?5, and the Court, having given t~ll consideration to
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~uris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved.
IT IS THEREP'ORE ORDERID AND ADJUDGED:-
1. DISSOLIFrION OF~MARRIAGE: The marriage between JAMF~
YACONIF.SaI~O AND BERTHA ANN YACONIELIA be and the same is hereby
dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereb9 foreever
freed from the bonds of matrimo~p heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of MARSHA SUE YACONIELIA and WILI,IAM
THOMAS YACONIELIA, the minor children of the parties, is hereby
ararded to BERTHA ANN YACONIELLO, the natural mother of the said
children, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES YACONIEI.LO.
3. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement admitted in-
to evidence is hereby incorpora.ted herein b~ reference and the
parties are ordered to compl~ with the provisions thereof.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties thereto, is retained for the entry of such further order
or orders as may be just a.nd proper. -
