and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that a judgment be and the same is
hereby entered against HOLDER & RYAN SOD CO., INC., a Florida
corporation, Defendant, in the amount of $5,500.00, plus
$ 82.50 interest from July 1975, to September 17-, 1975,
