ASSIGNMENT made this day of ~Sep~er, 1975,•by '
Elvin Bolinger and Peggy J. Bolinger husband and wife,
hereinafter called the Assignors, to HOWARD SLIGAR and GEORGIA SLIGAR,
his wife. of Ft. Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the Assignees.
1. ASSIGNMENT. For value received, the Assignor hereby assigns `
to the Assignee ~ienty-two Hundred Dollars ($2200.00) of his equity
by reason of that certain contract for deed made by PAUL D.
JURKOWSKI and BETTY JURKOWSRI, his wife , .
and RONALD G. PAUL and SHERYL A. PAUL, his wife ,

197 5 , covering the hereinafter described real property situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 2, CLYDESDALE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 59, of the ,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. COLLATERAL SECURITY. This Assignment is made as collateral ~

~ security for the payment of promissory note, made by the Assignor,
dated the 18th ciay c,f February , 197 5 , for Twenty-two
Hundred Dollars ($2200.00) to the order of the Assignees, which,

shall be reassigned to the Assignors by the Assignees if the Assignors
note is fully paid and discharged at its maturity.
